Apna Wheels operates from Iman Shopping Mall, 2nd Floor, Khwazakhela, Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

Apna Wheels provides tools for discovering, listing and researching vehicles, operating a dealer storefront and arranging inspections. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, Apna Wheels is not the buyer, seller, owner, manufacturer, financer or insurer of a listed vehicle.

Listings, badges and inspection reports reduce uncertainty but are not guarantees. Verify identity, ownership, original documents, condition and transaction terms independently before committing money.

• Provide accurate information and keep account credentials private.
• List only vehicles or products you are authorised to offer.
• Do not post deceptive, unlawful, abusive, copied or rights-infringing content.
• Do not scrape, probe, overload, bypass access controls or misuse contact details.
• Do not manipulate reviews, leads, analytics, verification or listing prominence.

We may reject, suspend or remove accounts and content to enforce these terms, protect users or comply with law. Moderation decisions may be reviewed through the published support channel.

Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, lawful ownership and disclosure of material defects. Buyers are responsible for their own checks and transaction decision. Inspection findings describe what was accessible and observed at the inspection time; unchecked items are identified in the report.

Online payment processing is not currently operational. Do not treat a payment request as authorised by Apna Wheels unless it appears in an enabled product flow on this domain and the published support channel confirms it.

You keep ownership of content you submit and permit Apna Wheels to store, process, resize and display it as needed to operate and promote the relevant listing or service. You must have the rights needed to grant that permission.

Features may change, pause or be withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every listing, user statement or third-party service is accurate or available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for their transactions, content and decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.
