Apna Wheels is responsible for information handled by this marketplace. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to support@apnawheels.com or to the office address on our contact page.

• Account details such as your name, email address and optional phone number.
• Listing and dealership information, including photographs, descriptions, business details and documents submitted for verification.
• Inspection booking details, including the contact person, phone number, appointment location, vehicle information, checklist findings and report photographs.
• Marketplace activity such as saves, views, contact reveals, reports, orders and administrative actions.
• Technical information needed for security and reliability, including session, device, browser, IP-derived rate-limit and audit information.

We use information to provide accounts and listings, connect buyers and sellers, operate dealer and inspection services, prevent abuse, moderate content, answer support requests and understand aggregate marketplace performance.

We do not publish private verification documents, registration numbers, exact private seller coordinates or unrevealed seller phone numbers. Public inspection reports are shared only when the customer enables sharing.

Information is shown to other users only where the product makes that clear—for example, a public listing, a seller contact reveal or a report the customer chose to share. Service providers may process information for hosting, database, storage, security and delivery functions under the platform operator’s instructions.

We may preserve or disclose information where required by law, to investigate fraud or a safety incident, or to protect users and the service.

Records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and preserve the integrity of transactions, moderation and audit history. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and audit requirements.

To close an account and request deletion, follow the steps on the account deletion page. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language and appearance choices. These functions are separate from advertising preferences.
